Management of benign bone lesions -

Management options for benign bone tumors depends on the primary lesion under review

• Osteoid osteoma can be managed with Radiofrequency abalation or Percutaneous image guided drilling.

• Chondroblastoma (depending on the size) can be managed with Radiofrequency abalation.

• Aneurysmal bone cyst - Percutaneous curopsy + Sclerotherapy.

• Other management options commonly used are curettage + bone graft reconstruction or curettage + bone cement.
