Management of benign bone lesions -
Management options for benign bone tumors depends on the primary lesion under review
Osteoid osteoma can be managed with Radiofrequency abalation or Percutaneous image guided drilling.
Chondroblastoma (depending on the size) can be managed with Radiofrequency abalation.
Aneurysmal bone cyst - Percutaneous curopsy + Sclerotherapy.
Other management options commonly used are curettage + bone graft reconstruction or curettage + bone cement.
